To explore the effect of circular RNA_0025033 on proliferation, migration and invasion cervical cancer HeLa cells its molecular mechanism. The tissues adjacent 39 patients with in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected. expression levels microRNA-1256 detected by Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Cell counting kit 8 was used detect cell viability. Plate cloning test conducted number clones. Scratch carried out scratch healing rate. Transwell chamber invasion. Western blot adopted protein expression. Dual luciferase reporter assay targeting relationship between microRNA-1256. level increased decreased (p<0.05).
